Nurse Practitioner / St. Louis, MO 63108 - Experienced Nurse Practitioner needed for one of the leading providers of patient care in the post- acute setting in the greater St. Louis area. Must have 1+ years experience, preferably in acute-care, long-term acute care, or inpatient rehabilitation practice settings. Collaborative practice style. Ability to effectively manage acute and chronic conditions by developing and overseeing high quality, cost-effective treatment plans for patients in the facility. NP provides patient/family education and counseling and works closely with collaborating physicians and other colleagues. Valid and unrestricted RN and NP license in Missouri is required. Starting base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 with quarterly bonus plan. Benefit plan to include medical, dental, vision,401k, profit sharing, annual CME, cell phone reimbursement, laptop computer.
